0212 Shots taken in random places of miscellaneous subject matter. New Orleans, Mobile, etc. These were shot with a Mamiya medium-format camera using traditional film. The film was then scanned using an Epson 1640SU flatbed scanner at 1600dpi. |

Fiji Shots taken during my honeymoon on the island of Qamea, Fiji. |

Roll
0101 Various shots taken in 2001. I call it a "roll" but the photos are actually from more than a single roll of film. Many, in fact, were taken with different cameras and formats. |

Cuba
2000 Vol. I Various shots taken during a semi-working vacation to Cuba with my good friend Dr. Paul Jacobs, his wife, Nancy Jacobs, and Dr. Evan Peacock. |

Cuba
2000 Vol. II More shots taken during the to Cuba. |

Cyprus
1997 Various shots taken during a working vacation to the Mediterranean island of Cyprus. Some of my first color photography. |

Digital
Works Each of the photos in this gallery was taken with a digital camera. There are a few different cameras that I use, so I am going to try and put some shots from each one in here. This will not only give me an outlet, but give others some comparitive photos. |

Figure
Work While I will admit that I am not yet very good at figure photography, I am slowly getting better. Most of these will continue to be in black and white, as that is my preferred medium for figures. There is also some figure work scattered in a couple of the other galleries here. |

California
Once again, these shots were all taken during a couple of "working" vacations. One while I was in Napa for an ASOR archaeology conference and the other while at the "Museums and the Web" conference in L.A. Napa is wonderful, by the way. I encourage everyone to go if they get the chance. |

Gallery
981 Well, after creating many different galleries to hold my pictures I have finally run out of interesting names for each one. So I'm just numbering this one...but it kinda' has a New York ring to it: "Gallery 981." Heh. Random stuff here. Some of Muir Woods near San Francisco. |

Israel
1999, Vol. I Ok, so I was on yet another working vacation during the summer of '99. This time it was as a consultant on an archaeology dig in southern Israel. Another place everyone should visit in their lives: Jerusalem. |
|
|
Israel
1999, Vol. II More of the same. Oh, I failed to mention that Masada is one of the most impressive places that I have ever seen. I'll give it four stars. |

3 Originally a gallery for pictures that I took after my college photography courses, it has since expanded slightly. Various locations and styles in here. Mostly I put experimental stuff that didn't come out so great in this gallery. |

Photo
4 Ok, so I'm not original in my naming schemes anymore. "Photo 4" is just going to have to do. Many of these are shots from the Gulf Coast in Biloxi, MS. Others were taken in Washington D.C. And still others are just randoms. |

Black
and White I Collection of the very first pictures that I ever took. These are from a photography class that I took in college. Each was taken to complete a specific assignment, some some may seem strange. Judge for yourself. Not much else to say about these. |
|
|
Photo
2 Most of these were taken for my color photography class in college. These were my first run-in with color photography. I'm still having run-ins! |

Polaroid
Processes A group of experiments and trials with Polaroid alternative processes. These are extremely fun and liberating techniques that everyone can and should try. There's plenty of information on the Net and they are easy to do. You can even add watercolor and pencil to your pictures afterward. Can be interesting...can be cliche. But fun nontheless! |
|
|
Polaroid
Processes II More of the above. |
|
|
Roll
9910 All of these came from one roll of film. I just bought an extension tube, a reversal ring, and a 28mm lens for my Nikon FE and these are some of my test shots. |
